Amir Arad, DDS, MS


As a Board Certified endodontist, Dr. Arad seeks to make his patients as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. With an engineering background, Dr. Arad takes a highly technical approach to endodontics.  

Education Background

Dr. Arad earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. Following graduation, Dr. Arad worked as a General Dentist for seven years. First for American Indian Health Services in Santa Barbara, California. Then at a private practice in Sacramento, California. After deciding to specialize in Endodontics, Dr. Arad completed his residency at Oregon Health and Sciences Univeristy (OHSU), and earned his Specialty Certificate in Endodontics. 

Engineering Experience

Dr. Arad completed his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering at Rutgers University. He then attended Stanford University where he earned his M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. Dr. Arad joined Johnson & Johnson as a Chemical Process Engineer where he studied polymer synthetics and drug development. 

Organized Dentistry

Dr. Arad is a member of the Arizona Endodontic Association and maintains an active membership in numerous other professional societies including the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and the American Association of Endodontists.

Practice Locations

Dr. Arad treats patients at both Asrari Endodontics in Gilbert, Arizona and Precision Endodontics in Tempe, Arizona.   


Dr. Arad is a contracted provider for most insurance companies including Aetna, Assurant, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, and Plansurity.
