Glen Eisenhuth, DDS
Board certified endodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics
As a Board Certified endodontist, Dr. Eisenhuth provides endodontic care in a kindhearted and compassionate manner. As with everyone at Asrari Endodontics, he takes great care to assure every patient’s unique needs are met.
Dr. Eisenhuth earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He went on to complete his Certificate of Advanced General Practice Residency at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. Dr. Eisenhuth then served as the Deputy Director of Dental Programs for the Tanana Chiefs Conference in Fairbanks, Alaska. With a desire to specialize in the field of endodontics, Dr. Eisenhuth earned his Specialty Certificate in Endodontics from Boston University School of Dental Medicine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Eisenhuth has sought to provide dental care to underserved communities. In doing so he has won numerous awards including the IHS National Director Award, Public Health Service Commendation, Community Outreach Prevention Award, and a Bicentennial Unit Commendation. Dr. Eisenhuth currently serves as the Endodontic Regional Consultant for the Fort Defiance Indian Hospital.
Dr. Eisenhuth is a Board Certified endodontist who has completed all phases of board certification by the American Board of Endodontics. Board Certification is the pinnacle achievement in the specialty of Endodontics, Board Certification remains the only national credential to show that an endodontist has extensive evidence-based knowledge, outstanding clinical skills, and overall exceptional expertise in Endodontics.

Dr. Eisenhuth maintains an active membership in numerous professional societies including the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists. Dr. Eisenhuth is a member of the American Board of Endodontics College of Diplomates.
